I had a little bit of trouble toward the end of my Research Paper, as far as tying in my paper in to the real world. After thinking things out, and taking a little advice from Professor Chambers, I came up with a pretty solid idea in my mind, and I think I will base my commonplace paper on this idea. And the idea is that building close relationships with the people who work close beside us is beneficial to us and the job at hand. I thought this made good sense, since my papaer was talking about how Giles is a father figure to Buffy, and how that is beneficial to his position.

I think that this is a great idea. It will make your paper very relevant and it is something that every person in the work force has to deal with.
ReplyDeleteI also had the same problem as far as tying in my paper to the real world. Your lucky that you are beginning to have some solid ideas. Sounds like your getting pretty far and have a good grasp on the topic
ReplyDeleteDefinately a relevant article. Like Sam said, everyone in the work force can relate to it. Maybe try and find some specific examples of successful people building those kinds of relationships and how they benefitted them.
